Step 1: Book by Phone
The process starts with a simple booking. Just call our freephone number and provide your vehicle registration (so we can identify the correct tyre size), your location (home address, postcode, or what3words), and your preferred time slot. We'll confirm your booking by text with the technician's ETA.
If it's an emergency — a blowout, a slow puncture making the car unsafe, or a tyre flat overnight — call us directly. Emergency mobile tyre fitting slots are prioritised and we'll give you a response time immediately.
Step 2: The Technician Arrives
Our technician arrives in a fully equipped van. The van carries a range of tyres in the most common UK sizes as standard, plus the equipment needed to fit them: a tyre fitting machine, a dynamic wheel balancer, an air compressor, a torque wrench, and TPMS diagnostic and reset tools. If you've already selected your tyre, it'll be loaded on the van before departure.
Step 3: Fitting, Balancing, and Final Check
The old tyre is removed, the wheel is checked for damage or corrosion, the new tyre is fitted and inflated to the correct pressure, and the wheel is balanced to eliminate vibration. If your vehicle has a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), our technician resets the sensors so no warning lights appear on your dashboard. The wheel is refitted using a calibrated torque wrench to the manufacturer's specified torque setting.
The whole process for a single tyre takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Four tyres typically take 45–60 minutes. We take the old tyre away for responsible disposal — you don't need to do a thing.
